Westboro 6-9-17 65 E. Main Street, a two tenant building with a closed Honey Dew Donuts drive-thru 1,500 s.f. store will be the 9th store for Gourmet Donuts. A Sept. 1, 2017 opening is planned. Framingham 5-23-17 – Metrowest Commercial Real Estate LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 188 Lawrence St., Framingham MA for $1,175,000. The 10,500 s.f. industrial building was sold to 188 RK LLC. Eric Brosler was a sole broker in this transaction.
Southboro 5-18-17 – Laurence Soifer was the sole broker in selling 2,580 sf office bldg. The selling price was $605,000.
Framingham 4-27-17 – Marlene Aron was the sole broker in leasing 10,000 sf office/industrial space at StoneGate Office Park.
Framingham 5-5-17 – 95 Lincoln St., a 2,880 s.f. medical building with a full finished lower level has been sold for $541,500. This property is surrounded by Metrowest Medical Center on 3 sides. The new owner, A & P Realty Trust, will keep the building for investment. Marlene was able to negotiate a lease/back sale that kept the existing tenant, Metrowest Chiropractic Associates, to occupy the lower level that will be renovated and made handicapped accessible. Ashland 3-23-17 – Marlene Aron has leased 5,200 s.f. at 300 Eliot St to Cedar Street Kids Club.
Holliston 3-15-17 – Eric Brosler, representing the Buyer, has sold 71 Whitney Street, 10,500 s.f. industrial bldg. R.W. Holmes represented the Seller. The selling price was $1,000,000.

Framingham 10-31-16 – 250 Franklin St., has been sold for $625,000. This 2-story office building had a new full 2nd floor addition. It was marketed as a potential 4 family unit and sold for conversion after the ZBA approved the new use. Marlene was the listing broker and represented the Seller.
Dedham 10-20-16 – Eric Brosler, representing the Tenant, Affiliated Pediatric Practices, has leased medical office suite.

Northborough 7-26-16 – Laudy Soifer, representing both parties has sold 1,316 s.f. industrial bay in Northboro Indusrial Park, located just off Rt. 20. The selling price was $180,000.
Framingham 7-20-16 – Representing the buyer, Assembleia de Deus Colheita, Inc., Marlene Aron has sold 101 & 115 Edgebrook Rd., a 6,500 s.f. Church and a 3-bedroom home for $1,150,000.
Ashland 7-15-16 – 200 Butterfield Dr. Unit B will be the new location for US Real Foods, an importer of organic and Indian food products. Marlene represented the Lessor Silver Pearl Management and introduced the Lessee to the property.
Framingham 6-9-16 – 85 Edgell Rd., a 6,500 s.f. historic home that had been used as Group Home for over 25 years was sold for $595,000. The buyer will use the home as a residence. Marlene represented the Seller, a religious order and provided financing for the Buyer.
Marlboro 5-26-16 – Trish O’Neil has leased 2,000 s.f. of office to Yankee Home Improvements at 5 Commonwealth Rd. Ms. O’Neil was the sole broker in this deal.
Framingham 5-25-16 – Stonegate Industrial Park, represented by Marlene Aron, will be the new site for C & R Flooring. A 5,300 s.f. retail flooring outlet will be open in a few months. Additional industrial space from 3,666 – 48,000 s.f. is available starting @ $5.50/s.f. NNN.
Natick 5-19-16 – Eric Brosler, representing the Buyer, has sold 14,130 s.f. industrial bldg. The selling price was $2,450,000.
Marlboro 5-24-16 – Trish O’Neil representing the Lessee, Marine Products American, entered into a long-term lease with Regus at its Cedar Hill location.
Natick 5-18-16 – Marlene Aron has leased 5,000 s.f. off new office space at Lakeview Crossing, a new retail/office center to Think Lite, a rapidly growing company that manufactures & supplies LED lighting. Marlene represented the tenant.
Westfield 3-1-16 – Trish O’Neil has leased 4,800 s.f. to Roots Learning Center. This will be their second location. Ms. O’Neil was the sole broker in this transaction, bringing the 60,000 s.f. plaza to 100 % occupancy.
Norwell 3-1-16 – Trish O’Neil has leased space to Little Carmen’s Cafe, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and scheduled to open in May. This brings plaza to 100% occupancy.
Holliston 2-22-2016 – 6,000 s.f. of industrial with office space has been leased to “That’s My Ticket” at 89 October Hill Rd., New Englander Industrial Park. Marlene Aron represented the tenant.
Framingham 2-19-16 – 75 Fountain St., an 11,200 s.f. building has been sold to Two Poodles LLC for $1,175,000. The building will be fully occupied by a Commonwealth Creative Associates (CCA). Marlene Aron represented the Seller.
Holliston 2-12-16 – 330 Hopping Brook Rd., a modern brick high-bay warehouse building will have a new 11,000 s.f. tenant – Bayside Distributors. Marlene Aron was the sole broker representing the Lessor, Baystate Engineering LLC.
Holliston 2-1-16 – Trish O’Neil has leased space to Body Wise Healing and Creative Art, a work shop for children and adults. This brings 360 Woodland to 100% occupancy.
