Metrowest Commercial Real Estate’s Partial List of Transactions

Framingham – We are thrilled to announce the arrival of two new tenants at 855 Worcester Rd., Framingham. The Teddy Bear Village, set to open in June 2024, will offer spacious classrooms for over 70 children, along with a new outdoor playground. This marks their second location in the city, complementing their existing presence at Kenwood Centre, 63 Fountain Street.

Additionally, Casa Meat Market LLC will bring a taste of Brazil to Bazaar West Market current location with a diverse selection of fresh bread, a master butcher section, groceries, prepared foods, and made-to-order items. Renovations will begin in July 2024 in preparation for their grand opening.

Natick Marlene Aron successfully leased 12 Mercer Rd., Natick, a freestanding 17,000 s.f. 2 story building, 11 years ago and was able to represent the Landlord again on the long-term renewal.

The Commonwealth of Mass/State Parole Board is the tenant. Marlene engaged Mark Aron of Kenwood Organization as a consultant and Walker Construction to do the build-out.

Framingham –  Representing a 20+ year client, Marlene Aron has negotiated the renewals of two Downtown Framingham leases for A & E Realty Trust at 18 – 32 Concord Street.

Hopkinton –  SOLD – Marlene Aron has completed the sale of 71 South St, a 3.8 acre industrial zoned parcel that included a
10,400 s.f. industrial building for $2.85M. Garrett Quinn of SVN Parsons represented the Buyer.

Framingham – 2 parcels/3 buildings at 138, 144 & 146 Waverly St. ,
Rt. 135. The site consisted of an office or house with a studio apt., building, La Pupulsa Restaurant and an auto repair building and an auto sales lot. The selling price for the package was $1,000,000. The buyers own a used car lot nearby and will expand their business with this purchase. Marlene Aron represented the Seller, Applebaum Realty Corp. and was the sole broker for the transaction.

Framingham – Representing the new owner, after selling the property in August, Marlene Aron has procured a new tenant for the property at 770 Worcester Rd, Rt. 9, formerly known as “Welcome India.” The new tenant is “Framingham House of Pho” a Worcester based business group, who will specialize in Vietnamese hearty noodle dishes, soups and rolls.   Marlene said, “There was a lot of interest as soon as the sign went up.  The building seats approx. 56 patrons, has 20 parking spaces and is walking distance to Framingham State University. Renovations have been completed and the new restaurant is open now.”

Ashland – 10-16-23 – SOLD – Representing 190 Front Street Realty Trust, Marlene Aron Principal of MWCRE has sold the 7,500 s.f. 3 story office building , that included ground level warehouse, for $1,000,000. The buyer, Fandy Family LLC, bought the property as an investment. Financing was provided by Middlesex Savings Bank.

Ashland – 9-1-23 – Marlene Aron, representing a 20+ year client, has leased 3,000 s.f. of industrial drive-in space to the principal of Imprint Printing Services to compliment their Rt. 9 retail store at 271 Worcester
Rd., Framingham. The 220 Elliot shop will be used for auto wrapping/lettering. The space was leased in one day. Marlene said:
” Industrial drive-in space is in high demand.”  She had been working with Imprint Printing Services for over 6 months to find a drive-in industrial space.

Framingham – 8-1-23 – SOLD – an investor purchased 766 Worcester Rd., a 1,368 s.f. retail building housing a well-known “Welcome India” restaurant, for $700,000  and intends to retain the current tenants who have been operating their business for over 18 years.

Framingham – 7-18-23 – SOLD – 266 Worcester Rd., Uncle Cheung’s Restaurant. Marlene Aron, represented Jane Cheung, the Seller, and was the sole broker for the $1,575,000 sale of the Uncle Cheung’s building – a 40 year old established icon.  The new owners, who operate AOI Japanese Restaurant and the newly opened Yum Yum Bubble Tea House, at 5 Edgell Rd., Framingham plan to renovate the building and open an Asian style dumping restaurant.  Droves of patrons came to wish Jane Cheung a happy and well-deserved retirement. 

Framingham – 5-05-23 – 61 Nicholas Rd. an 18,000 s.f. building consisting of first floor retail, 2nd floor offices & a single story daycare center has been sold for $2,800,000.  Co-listed with Gordon R.E.  The property was purchased by a local investor.  Financing was provided by the Sellers. 

Framingham – 5-1-23 – Marlene Aron has completed an exclusive representation assignment for FREEDOM HEALTHCARE.
The new 3,800 s.f. facility will open at 9 Pleasant St., which was the former Coldwell Banker Real Estate office location in Framingham Center.  From her client – ” Marlene worked tirelessly to find us the perfect location and we highly recommend her for your commercial real estate needs.” 

Framingham – 2-28-23 – Former restaurant and parking lot located at 358-364 Waverly Street was sold at $1,500,000. The property has apartment upstairs and has a Route 135 frontage.

Framingham – 2-15-23 – Marlene Aron, representing the tenant, has leased a medical space at 223 Walnut St. Dr. Nicole Ferro has opened a hearing center that offers a broad array of services geared to address all types of hearing loss. Garrett Quinn of SVN represented the Lessor.

Natick – 1-15-23 – Marlene Aron, representing the Landlord, has leased a retail space at 721 Worcester Street. Shanti Yoga is opening its doors early Spring, 2023. The owner, Jennifer Houghtaling, has been teaching Yoga and Fitness in Metrowest area for over two decades. She is delighted to bring Shanti’s offerings to Natick and surrounding communities.

Framingham – 12-1-22 – Marlene Aron, representing the tenant, has leased a retail space at 1 Edgell Road. New Bubble Tea Shop is coming early 2023.

Framingham – 11-15-22 – Representing the tenant, Marlene Aron has leased a Medical Condo located at 223 Walnut St.

Framingham – 11-1-22 – Party Express Rental Shop located at 20 Concord Street has expanded their space, adding 2nd floor to 7,000 sf they occupy now on the ground floor.

Framingham – 9-9-22 – After just few days on the market, the office suite at 475 Franklin Street was sold for $105,000

Framingham – 8-5-22 – 153 Winter Street – Closed Nursing Home was sold for $895,000. A beautiful renovation is planned. Marlene Aron was the sole broker in this transaction.

Framingham – 6-9-22 – Kenwood Center at 63 Fountain Street will have a new tenant. A beauty school with multiple locations has leased Suite 501. Kenwood Center has been owned by Aron family for over 30 years.

Marlborough – 6-1-22 – 269 Mechanic Street, a 22,375 sf flex building located in Downtown Marlborough has sold for $750,000. Marlene Aron was the sole broker in this transaction.

Framingham – 5-15-22 – Laudy Soifer has leased 5,400 sf industrial condo at 39 Loring Dr. to Old New England Restoration.

Ashland – 5-11-2022 –  33 W. Union St., is a 5.05 acre site with a modern building that is used as a dog daycare & kennel.  The property and  existing business has been sold for $1,125,000.  Marlene Aron was the sole broker in this transaction.  Ashland requires over 5 acres for new kennel businesses.

Holliston – 4-26-2022 –  56 Lowland St., a 45,000 sf flex building has been sold for $3,300,000. Eric Brosler was the sole broker in this transaction.

Natick – 3-15-2022 – A longterm lease has been signed for a 13,500 sf for a dental practice located at 235 West Central St. Natick Dental Partners will open their doors to the patients January 2024 at their new location.  Marlene Aron represented Stonegate who she sold the 26,000 sf  2 story office building to in 2020. 

Framingham – 4-1-22 – Laudy Soifer has leased 4,800 sf flex building at 46 Morton St. to a marble & granite fabrication company.

Framingham – 3-30-22 – Marlene Aron has leased 2,880 sf medical building located next to the Metrowest Medical Center to Blueview Autism Services.

Ashland – 3-10-2022 – 83 Nickerson Rd. Laudy Soifer has leased two 3,000 sf industrial units making the industrial complex fully occupied.

Hudson – 1-15-2022 – 9 Bonazzoli Ave., Office/Flex Condo has sold for $200,000. Laudy Soifer was a sole broker in this transaction.

Ashland – 1-3-2022 – Marlene Aron has leased has leased a freestanding building on 1.45 acres. The building is now fully occupied. The new tenant is Worcester Air Conditioning.

Framingham – 12-1-2021 – 211 Cochituate Road, a 3,515 sf office building located at the intersection of Rt. 126 and Rt. 30 and just a mile away from the MassPike has sold for $695,000. Marlene Aron & Gordon Real Estate represented the Seller along, Route 30 LLC.

Ashland – 11-10-2021 – Laudy Soifer has leased 3,000 s.f. industrial unit at 92 Nickerson St. Mr. Soifer was a sole broker in this transaction. 2,000 s.f. second floor office space is now available.

Ashland – 10-1-2021 – The 16,200 s.f. modern brick office building on Rt. 135, known as “Trademark Building” is now 100% full.  The newest tenant is a children’s therapy facility. “it was a perfect match,”, said Marlene Aron. Jonathan Gordon of Gordon RE is a co-list broker.

Ashland – 9-13-2021 – Marlene Aron has sold 190 Pleasant St, 7,100 s.f. mixed-use building on 1.47 acres. Marlene Aron was the sole broker representing the Seller. The selling price was $1,725,000 that included $450,000 of the selling price for Solar decks and panels. 

Natick – 7-26-2021 – Eric Brosler represented the Buyer in acquisition of 95 Worcester Street and 5 Whittier Road -prime retail/office complex on 0.27 acres. The selling price was $1,479,000 and the Seller was represented by Gordon RE.

Framingham – 7-23-2021 – 80 Cochituate Rd., a 4 family, consisting of 1 two bedrooms, 2 one bedroom and a studio apartment has been sold for $730,000.  Marlene Aron represented the Seller, 80 Cochituate Road Realty Trust, Karen Heffernan Brady Trustee.

Framingham – 6-15-2021 – Marlene Aron has sold 157 Pearl Street, 4,900 s.f. 3 story business zoned mixed use building. Buyer was represented by Keller Williams Realty. The selling price was $740,000.

Ashland – 6-15-2021 – Laudy Soifer has leased two 1,600 s.f. units at 85 Nickerson St., new construction industrial bay. Mr. Soifer was a sole broker in this transaction. 

Southborough – 6-10-2021 – Barrett Family Wellness Center has leased 5,443 s.f. at 333 Turnpike Rd. Marlene Aron represented Barrett Family Wellness Center ten years ago when they moved to Otis St., Northboro and again in their recent move.  Aron said, ” The new location is first floor and had an almost perfect floor plan at a great price. Working with Nicole and Ian Nolan again was a pleasure.”

Ashland – 6-1-2021 – Laudy Soifer has leased 20,000 sf fenced yard just off Route 126.

Framingham – 5-20-2021 – Marlene Aron has leased 7,000 sf on Route 126 to a Party Express Store, family run business specializing in party supply rentals and wedding planning.

Framingham – 3-15-2021 – Marlene Aron has sold 804 Waverly Street, business zoned lot with small building that was previously used as a residential home. Buyer shall tear down the existing building and build a new duplex. The selling price was $290,000.

Framingham – 2-20-2021 – Marlene Aron was a sole broker in a sale of 29 Oak Rd, 5,000 sf daycare center.  The selling price was $675,000.

Westborough – 12-30-2020 – Metrowest Commercial is pleased to announce the recent land lease transaction at 65 E. Main Street, Route 30. The new branch of Middlesex Savings Bank shall be opening it’s doors in 2021. Marlene Aron  represented the Lessor, Vakili Real Estate Management. The site was perfect for a bank and came with a permitted drive-thru window, excellent parking and great signage.

Framingham – 12-20-2020 – Marlene Aron have brokered a lease with an option to purchase 2 Beacon Street in Framingham. The building most recently was the Angry Ham’s Sports Bar and then the Beacon Street Grill

Framingham – 12-17-2020 – Metrowest Commercial Real Estate has announced that Marlene Aron have brokered the sale of former Marian High School located at 273 Union Avenue & 5 Thurber Street in Framingham for $2.6 million.

Holliston – 12-15-2020 – Marlene Aron has sold 1.47 acre commercial lot located at 1750 Washington Street. The selling price was $175,000

Ashland – 12-14-2020 – Marlene Aron has sold 14-16 Nickerson Road, 2 br. home and a commercial building that is used for auto sales. The selling price was $518,000.

Framingham – 12-10-2020 – Marlene Aron has sold 1 Granite Street, 2,008 s.f. office building to an investor for residential conversion. The selling price was $357,900.

Framingham – 11-4-2020 – Marlene Aron has sold 34 Deloss Street, 4,200 s.f. office building that will serve as a community center for the growing mosque membership. The selling price was $480,000.

Framingham – 10-5-2020 – Marlene Aron has leased 2,880 s.f. freestanding medical building located across from Framingham Hospital.

Framingham – 9-15-2020 – an 840 kW Solar Farm on 3.21 industrial zoned acres was sold for $1.95M. The property is located on Rt. 135 at 721 Waverly St., Framingham.  Marlene Aron, the lead broker in the transaction, will represent the new owners who will operate the solar farm. The existing solar panels will be replaced on top of the new building.

Natick – 9-20-2020 – Eric Brosler has leased multiple office suites in 214-220 N. Main St complex.

Framingham – 9-10-2020 – Marlene Aron has sold two family house located at 159-161 Walnut Street.  This transaction was a part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange with the selling price of $495,000

Hopkinton – 8-15-2020 – a Condominium located on Weybridge Street, was sold at $390,000, making it the highest per s.f. sale of condominium in Hopkinton in 2020.

Framingham – 8-15-2020 – Marlene Aron has sold 64 Lexington Street, three-story Victorian Office building. The selling price was $295,000 and this transaction was a part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange.

Southborough – 7-22-2020 –  Office Condo located on Route 9E was sold at $180,000.

Framingham – 6-5-2020 – Marlene Aron has sold 56 Park Street, three-story brick office building. The selling price was $610,000 and this transaction was co-listed with Gordon Real Estate.

Framingham – 5-1-2020 – Marlene Aron have sold 281 Pleasant Street. The Summit Montessori School sold the property adjacent to their building to “Jeff’s Place,” a children and family bereavement organization non-profit for $632,000. 

Framingham – 4-25-2020Eric Brosler, principal of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate has sold 184 Lawrence Street and 186 Lawrence Street, 2 adjacent parcels with 2,938 sf multi family house. The selling price was  $700,000.

West Boylston – 4-5-2020a condominium was sold for $192,000.

Natick – 4-1-2020 – residential house located on Curtis Street was sold at $420,000. 

Framingham – 2-25-2020 – Trish O’Neil has leased retail space to Re/Max Realty in newly constructed Retail Plaza located on Rt. 126.

Billerica – 2-1-2020 – Trish O’Neil has leased two retail spaces in Retail Strip Plaza located on Rt. 3.

Ashland – 1-25-2020 – Marlene Aron, Senior Broker of MWCRE, has leased 2,900 sf office space to Metrowest YMCA. Tenant was represented by Oak Realty.

Framingham – 1-25-2020 – Trish O’Neil, Senior Broker of MWCRE, has leased 4,900 sf retail space in newly constructed Retail Plaza located on Rt. 126.

Framingham – 11-1-2019 – Trish O’Neil, Senior Broker of MWCRE, has leased 2 offices located at Herbert Ave. The property is now fully leased. Ms. O’Neil was a sole broker in this transaction.

Bellingham – 10-1-2019 – Trish O’Neil, Senior Broker of MWCRE, has leased 3,700 sf of retail space located at busy 191 Mechanic St. plaza. New pet store shall open its door before holiday season.  Ms. O’Neil was a sole broker in this transaction.

Westborough – 9-25-2019 – Eric Brosler, principal of MWCRE, representing a tenant, has leased 3,000 sf located at 53 Hopkinton Road. Great Boston Commercial Properties represented the Lessor.

Westborough – 8-25-2019 – Eric Brosler, principal of MWCRE, has sold office condo unit at 176 E Main St. The Selling price was $425,000. Mr. Brosler represented a Seller and Jack Conway RE represented a Buyer.

Westborough – 4-1-2019 – Eric Brosler, principal of MWCRE, has leased 5,000 sf located at 153 Turnpike Road for 10 years to My Salon of Westborough. SRS Real Estate represented the Tenant.

Ashland – 4-1-2019 – Laudy Soifer has leased 1,600 s.f. unit at 85 Nickerson St., new construction industrial bay. Mr. Soifer was a sole broker in this transaction.

Framingham – 3-1-2019 – Marlene Aron, Senior Broker of MWCRE, has sold 2 parcels located on Rt. 126 to an urgent care. The combined price was $1,145,000. The construction shall start Spring, 2019.

Ashland – 2-15-2019 – Laudy Soifer has leased 2 1,600 s.f. units at 85 Nickerson St., new construction industrial bays for lease. Mr. Soifer was a sole broker in this transaction.

Wayland – 2-15-2019 – Trish O’Neil, Senior Broker of MWCRE has lease 115 Main Street, freestanding office bldg. to Davis Chiropractic. The new medical office shall be opened April, 2019. Trish was a sole broker in this transaction.

Holliston – 1-16-2019 – Trish O’Neil, Senior Broker of MWCRE, representing the Seller, 531 Concord Street, LLC, has sold a 3,200 s.f. 3-story office building. The buyer, Colothy, LLC was represented by BHHS Page Realty. The selling price was $525,000

Framingham – 1-10-2019 – MetroWest Commercial Real Estate LLC is pleased to announce First Financial Resources, Inc. has leased the entire second floor of 4,196 s.f. at 495 Old Connecticut Path. Eric Brosler, Manager of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented First Financial Resources in their search for and negotiation of their new corporate offices. Scott Hughes, president of New England Dover Associates represented the property owner. .

Acton – 12-25-2018 – Pippos Karate has extended their lease for another 5 year term. They are located at 531 Main St and occupy 7,600 s.f. space.

Framingham – 12-1-2018 – 32 Concord St., in downtown will welcome a 2,500 s.f. new dental practice. Located next to Aaron’s Rents and across from Alta Union House, new apartment complex that is under construction, the new dental practice is targeting May of 2019 for opening. Marlene Aron represented the Lessor.

Ashland – 12-1-2018 – Laudy Soifer has leased 2 1,600 s.f. units at 85 Nickerson St., new construction industrial bays for lease. Only one unit is currently left available. Mr. Soifer was a sole broker in this transaction.

Ashland – 11-25-2018 – 6,832 s.f. industrial space at 94 Nickerson St has been lease by Laudy Soifer to Painting Co.

Flanders, NJ – 11-15-2018 – Eric Brosler, representing the Buyer, Paliba Realty Trust, has sold 2 daycare buildings located in New Jersey. The selling price was $6,632,800

Holliston – 9-25-2018 – Eric Brosler, representing the Buyer, Lowland Street LLC, has sold 44,580 s.f. industrial bldg located at 56 Lowland St, who will occupy the building. The Seller was represented by Commercial Real Estate Properties. The selling price was $2,825,000

Natick – 7-25-2018 – Eric Brosler, representing the Buyer, Tech Trust LLC, has sold 8,640 s.f. industrial bldg located at 12 Tech Cir. to Fenagh Engineering, who will occupy the building. The buyer was represented by Dean Blackey of RW Holmes. The selling price was $1,890,520

Framingham – 7-1-2018 – 2 leases pending totaling 26,000 s.f. at Stonegate Industrial Park. Coming February 2019 – 23,000 s.f. with 22′ height clear, loading & office.

Ashland – 5-10-2018 – Laudy Soifer has leased 2 units at 83 Nickerson St., new construction industrial bays for lease. 2 new building to be built in 2018, call for details.

Framingham – 5-1-2018 – Marlene Aron has sold Unit 306, a medical condo in the Lincoln Medical Center for $80,000

Natick – 3-15-2018 – Eric Brosler has sold industrial bldg located at 12 Tech Cir.  for $1,200,000

Framingham – 2-8-2018 – Marlene Aron, representing the Seller, has sold 228 Concord Street, a 96 bed/27,000 s.f. closed nursing home for $1,450,000

Framingham – 1-23-2018 – Downtown Framingham’s anchor retail property for over 60 years has been sold by Marlene Aron, Senior Broker of Metrowest Commercial R.E. Known as The Fabric Place site, 2 sister’s started Sportswear Inc., and later changed the name to The Fabric Place. The property was passed to family members and the business continued until about 6 years ago.
The 1.95 acre parcel drew the attention of housing developers and was sold to Wood Partners for $1,625,000. Wood Partners was able to permit the site for 170 apartments with onsite parking and 2,600 s.f of retail according to Aron.
Wood Partners also bought a Church building that was surrounded by the main parcel on 3 sides.

Framingham – 1-3-2018 – 655 Concord Street, a single story medical building on Rt. 126 has been sold for $500,000. The off market sale was coordinated by Marlene Aron & Gordon RE. Both firms represented the Seller.

Ashland 12-29-17 Laudy Soifer has leased newly built industrial bay located at 83 Nickerson Rd. 3 more units are still available for lease.

Southborough 12-26-17 Trish O’Neil has leased medical suite located at 155 Boston Rd. New massage salon shall open early 2018.

Acton 12-20-17 Trish O’Neil has leased  two office/ Industrial bays.

Bolton 11-15-17 Laudy Soifer has leased  2,500 s.f. office suite at Paragon Bldg.

Holliston 11-1-17 Eric Brosler, representing the Buyer, has sold 100 Jeffrey Ave, home of Holliston pediatrics. The selling price was $2,725,000. CBRE represented the Seller.

Ashland 10-20-17 Laudy Soifer has leased  two 2,000 s.f. industrial bays. 4 newly constructed 1,500 s.f. bays are available for lease, starting $2,300 a month.

Framingham 10-10-17 271 Worcester Rd, a 2 story retail plaza is now 100% full. Marlene Aron was a sole broker.

Framingham 9-04-17 Marlene Aron has sold a 3,500 s.f. retail building for $495,000. The sale shall remain confidential for another month.

Framingham 8-30-17 Trish O’Neil has leased a freestanding retail bldg. located on Route 9W to a well established hair salon.

Framingham 6-30-17 A Business zoned Victorian styled building was marketed as a business property and as a residential single family. Marlene was able to test both markets simultaneously. The 3,000 s.f. building sold for $407,500 to a residential buyer.

Framingham 6-24-17 134 Franklin Street, a 1,176 s.f. single story, substantially renovated and handicapped accessible office building has been sold for $248,000. Marlene represented the Seller.

Framingham 6-16-17 – Eric Brosler, representing the Buyer and Marlene Aron, representing the Seller, have sold 10,312 s.f. industrial bldg. on 30,000 s.f. of land, located at 126/136 Irving St., Framingham. The Selling Price was $925,000.

Westboro 6-9-17 65 E. Main Street, a two tenant building with a closed Honey Dew Donuts drive-thru 1,500 s.f. store will be the 9th store for Gourmet Donuts. A Sept. 1, 2017 opening is planned. Marlene represented the Lessor and stated ” This deal was a bit complicated, but came together due to two very nice people who were fair.”

Framingham 6-05-17 – Mark Rosen, representing the Seller and Trish O’Neil, representing the Buyer, have sold freestanding retail bldg. located on Rt.9, The selling price was $205,000.

Framingham 5-23-17 –  Metrowest Commercial Real Estate LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 188 Lawrence St., Framingham MA for $1,175,000. The 10,500 s.f. industrial building was sold to 188 RK LLC. Eric Brosler was a sole broker in this transaction.

Framingham 4-27-17 – Marlene Aron was the sole broker in leasing 10,000 sf office/industrial space at StoneGate Office Park.

Framingham 5-5-17  95 Lincoln St., a 2,880 s.f. medical building with a full finished lower level has been sold for $541,500. This property is surrounded by Metrowest Medical Center on 3 sides. The new owner, A & P Realty Trust, will keep the building for investment. Marlene was able to negotiate a lease/back sale that kept the existing tenant, Metrowest Chiropractic Associates, to occupy the lower level that will be renovated and made handicapped accessible. Ashland 3-23-17 – Marlene Aron has leased 5,200 s.f. at 300 Eliot St to Cedar Street Kids Club.

Holliston 3-15-17 – Eric Brosler, representing the Buyer, has sold 71 Whitney Street, 10,500 s.f. industrial bldg. R.W. Holmes represented the Seller. The selling price was $1,000,000.

Milford 1-3-17 – Eric Brosler was the sole broker in leasing 2,500 sf office space to a HighTech company.

Framingham 1-3-17 – Trish O’Neil has leased prime 3,270 sf retail space on Route 9. Trish was the sole broker in this transaction, leading this property to a 100% occupancy. 

Northborough 12-15-16 – Eric Brosler, representing the Lessor, has leased Prime Dental Space on Rt. 20 to Northboro Dentistry. The new location shall be opened in January. This deal brings this Professional Building to 100% occupancy.

Ashland 7-27-16 – Representing the Buyer, Eric Brosler has sold a Day Care Center. The selling price was $2,475,000.

Framingham 7-26-16 – Metrowest Ballet Academy will be opening a new studio at Stonegate Industrial Park. Marlene Aron was the sole broker. A mid-September opening is planned. The Director, Gemma Williams is well known and respected in her field.
