Commercial Real Estate - Senior Broker · Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker · REALTOR® · Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
Mark Aron brings a unique combination of commercial real estate brokerage, property ownership, construction, and hands-on management experience to MetroWest Commercial Real Estate.
With more than 35 years of experience owning, managing, improving, and building out commercial property in MetroWest Massachusetts, Mark approaches brokerage from both sides of the transaction. He understands not only how to market and negotiate a property, but also the practical and financial considerations that property owners, investors, landlords, buyers, and tenants face when making commercial real estate decisions.
As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker with MWCRE, Mark represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and business owners across retail, office, industrial, flex, medical, investment, redevelopment, and business opportunities. His work includes property sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, acquisition analysis, investment property evaluation, redevelopment opportunities, and 1031 Exchange transactions.
Mark’s background as a longtime commercial property owner and manager provides an additional perspective that goes beyond traditional brokerage. He understands operating expenses, tenant relationships, building systems, capital improvements, lease economics, property positioning, and the effect those issues can have on value and long-term investment performance.
As a Massachusetts-licensed Construction Supervisor (CSL), Mark also brings practical construction knowledge to commercial real estate assignments. He assists clients in evaluating tenant improvements and property renovations, reviewing proposed buildouts, understanding permitting considerations, evaluating contractor bids and construction costs, and identifying potential issues that can materially affect a lease, acquisition, disposition, or redevelopment project.
His approach is analytical and relationship-driven, with an emphasis on clear communication, practical transaction guidance, informed negotiation, and protecting the client’s financial interests. Mark works closely with clients and their attorneys, accountants, lenders, architects, engineers, contractors, municipal officials, and other professionals as needed throughout a transaction.
Mark’s primary market is MetroWest Massachusetts and the Route 9 and I-495 corridors, from Worcester to Wellesley and throughout the surrounding communities from Boxborough to Foxborough, with assignments extending throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts.
He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and holds both a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License and Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.
