Marlene Aron, Principal of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, is a distinguished commercial real estate broker with a proven track record of success and recognition in the industry. She has been honored multiple times as one of Boston’s Power Brokers by CoStar Group, an award that highlights her excellence in sales and leasing transactions across office, industrial, and retail properties. The CoStar Power Broker Awards are based on transaction volume from CoStar’s database, as well as data submitted by companies and brokers in 62 markets.

In addition to her accolades from CoStar, Marlene was voted the “#1 Best Commercial Broker” Best Choice Awards by New England India, with over 50,000 participants recognizing her for her outstanding service and expertise in the field.

Marlene specializes in retail, office and industrial sales and leasing, as well as representing non-profits, medical tenants and buyers. A few of her recent leases include the following:

  • 861 Waverly St., Framingham – 17,450 square feet at 861 Waverly Street – Industrial lease. To Niposul, a furniture retail that needed storage.
  • 235 W Central Street, Natick – 13,250 s.f. to a Dental Group
  • 25 Brigham Street, Westborough to the nonprofit Dignity Matters – 9,200 s.f. office & warehouse for corporate headquarters.

  • 71 South Street, Hopkinton for $2,850,000 Industrial land with a 10,200 s.f. building
  • 61 Nicholas Street, Framingham for $2,800,000 A mixed use – retail & office building
  • 190 Pleasant Street, Ashland for $1,725,000 – Industrial bldg sold to an investor
  • 235 West Central Street, Natick, MA for $2,750,000. 26,500 s.f. office building sold to the Stonegage Group for their office headquarters.
