Marlene Aron was named one of ten Boston's Power Brokers by CoStar Group in 2006. The CoStar Power Broker Awards recognizes brokerage firms and individual brokers for their volume of sales and leasing transactions of office, industrial and retail properties in CoStar's database as of year-end 2006 as well as transaction data supplied by the companies and brokers in each of the 62 markets. Marlene specializes in retail sales & leasing, non-profit and medical tenant/buyer representation. A few recent and successful representations include - Wayside Youth & Family Support Network - 10 acre headquarters site, Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly - 8.8 acre site for 150 units - 90% to be affordable housing, Metrowest Jewish Day School - 10 acre site for new school, Great Brook Valley 2 - medical sites in Downtown Framingham, Framingham Heart Study - 18,000 s.f. relocation for offices and Dr. Havreem Singh- Rt. 9 lease for medical practice. She has chaired the Board of Directors for the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce, is the 2006 recipient of the national Athena Award, currently serves on the Framingham History Center Board, the Chabad Advisory Board and has chaired many fundraisers throughout her career. Robert Aron brings over 35 years of commercial development, construction, brokerage & property management background to MWCRE. Robert has represented banks, built subdivisions, rehabbed everything from retail to office buildings and now plans to work on a "special projects basis." He has sold numerous businesses over the past several years as a broker at The Burbank Group LLC in Wellesley. In addition to brokering the sale of companies, he offers business evaluation services to buyers and performs independent business valuations. As an entrepreneur, he has started, owned, and operated several restaurants, an import/export company, and a successful retail establishment. It is this life experience that allows him to understand the needs of those selling their businesses and the concerns of potential buyers. He specializes in serving business owners and strives to maximize their profit.
