Experience – Metrowest Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2008 to service clients with honest representation by a team of seasoned specialists with over 100 years of combined market expecience in the investment, commercial and industrial brokerage arena in the area known as Metrowest. Our service area is about a 20 mile radius centered between Boston and Worcester, MA. Our brokers are well versed in national sales and leasing requirements. For Investors; we have conducted numerous successful Chapter 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges from New Hampshire to Texas with well known names including CVS, Walgreens & L.L. Beane. MWCRE is one of the 1st Massachusetts brokerage firms to conduct an on-line auction. We were able to work with the Lender and save the client from foreclosure with a 38 day closing. Today we are a staff of 6 licensed brokers with over 70 years of cumulative experience in the field. Marketing – At MWCRE, our extensive pro-active approach to reaching prospects by telephone and e-mail will commence as soon as your property is listed. We have more property signs installed than all other commercial Metrowest firms combined. Print media continues to be used on a specific as needed marketing basis. Internet marketing is where 80% of our marketing efforts, not including signage, are concentrated on.

Framingham, MA – SOLD 4 acre industrial site with multiple tenants. The selling price was $1,650,000.	Ashland, MA – SOLD 120,000 sf - 4 building granite & brick mill building complex on 8 acres for $840,000.	Holliston, MA – SOLD 12,500 sf industrial single story building. The building offers first class office space,a loading dock, drive-in access and 18' clear height. The selling price was $1,000,000.	Milford, MA – SOLD 31,200 sf industrial single story building was sold to food distribution company for $1,530,000.

MWCRE is owned by Eric Brosler - Former Vice President of Investment Property Specialists, Inc. (IPS).
Marlene Aron, former owner & founder of IPS ( 1985 - 2007 ) joined Eric shortly after she sold IPS. Marlene and Eric have worked together for over 28 years. Eric specializes in large land site sales, 1031 exchanges and currently has several retail & industrial sites available in the Framingham/Metrowest area. Mark Rosen - Broker has been involved in commercial real estate for over 30 years as a broker dealing with leasing and selling of commercial properties, as a real estate developer, and as a property manager of medical and commercial properties. He specializes in properties all over New England, especially in the Metrowest area. Prior to joining MetroWest Commercial Real Estate, Mark was affiliated for the last 13 years with Phoenix Commercial Real Estate in Framingham. In his earlier career he was a builder, real estate developer and owner of many commercial properties throughout New England. Mark has extensive knowledge of land development, building, and design. He is a native of Boston and has lived in the metro-west area for the last 40 years. In addition to real estate, he is actively involved in Rotary, Masonic Fraternity and several other philanthropic organizations.

James Maloney - Associate Broker James has a great deal of experience with multi family properties, apartment complexes and mixed commercial use buildings. He owns and has substantially rehabbed 7 multi family buildings in Metrowest. He has worked for and consulted for many Community Development Corporations (CDCs) both in property acquisition and project finance. He understands how to evaluate, value, rehab manage, finance and successfully market small to medium sized residential and mixed-use properties. James holds an MBA from Boston College. He is a Combat Engineer Major in the Army Reserve. He has served as the Commander of Combat Heavy (Military Construction) Company. In 2003-04 he served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and his unit built and improved Forward Operating Bases throughout the theater. James specializes in small to medium sized multi-family, mixed use and commercial buildings. He focuses on sales, leasing and buyer representation.

Laudy Soifer - Associate Broker Formerly associated with Remax Commercial, Mr. Soifer has brought an extensive business owner's experience from working with small to mid-sized businesses and having run his own Independent sales agency in the bicycle and outdoor sports Industries.  For more than 20 years, Mr. Soifer represented a broad range of manufacturers, import/export firms, and wholesale distributors to Independent Bicycle and Outdoor Sports Retailers throughout New England.
