Framingham 3-25-2013 - Eric Brosler, representing the Lessee and Mark Rosen, representing the Lessor, have leased 280 Worcester Road to a new CrossFit Studio. The studio plans to open in July.

Framingham 3-15-2013 - Marlene Aron has leased a sublet storefront at 255 Worcester Rd., to PC Healthstop. PC Healthstop will relocate from 250 Worcester Rd, a building that is owned by the same principals and has been leased to new restaurant by Marlene Aron & Fara Khedmaty.

Marlboro 3-6-2013 – Trish O’Neil has leased the remaining 1,400 s.f. at Longfellow Plaza, 449 Boston Post Rd., bringing the retail space to 100% occupancy. Still available are 1,150, 1,400 and 1,690 s.f units of bright office space.

Framingham 3-5-2013 - Marlene Aron & Fara Khedmaty of Metro Business Brokers have leased , with an option to purchase, 250 Worcester Rd, a fully operational restaurant building to a group who operates a very successful restaurant in Watertown. More details soon.

Westboro 3-1-2013 – Trish O’Neil representing the Lessee i-YOGURT has leased 2,000 sf at 30 Lyman Street – Westborough Shopping Center.  Ms. O’Neil was the sole broker in this transaction.

Marlboro 2-1-2013 – Trish O’Neil representing the Lessor Longfellow Plaza has leased 1,400 s.f. to Lev’s House of Hair at 449 Boston Post Rd.

Framingham 1-5-2013 - Marlene Aron & James Gordon of Gordon Real Estate have leased a medical condominium at Lincoln Medical Center to a massage therapist company.

Natick 12-29-2012 - Marlene has leased 5,000 s.f. at 138 Worcester St., a Rt. 9 location to a landscape company for storage. The site has 4,027 s.f. of prime retail space and 1,500 - 8,000 of low cost storage available.

Framingham 11-16-2012 - Trish O'Neil was the sole broker in sale of 509-519 Worcester Rd, Framingham, fully leased complex with Dunkin Donuts being the anchor tenant. The Seller, Mark Hallett, said about this sale: "Trish, I want you to know how much I appreciate all your help and patience as we worked this deal to a successful conclusion. I recognize it required an "over the top" effort on your part, and I appreciate it.  I'm sure (and I hope) all your future sales will seem dull compared to this one!"

Natick 9-12-12 - Trish O'Neil exclusively represented the Lessor Omni Trust in a lease at 5 Commonwealth Rd with Benu BioPharma, Inc. .  Dick McCarte of Nagog Associates represented the Lessee.

Framingham 9 -10-2012 - 816 Worcester Road, a freestanding business zoned building on approx. 1/2 acre has been sold for $510,000. Marlene Aron represented the Seller & Pablo Maia, of the Maia Group represented the buyer, who bought an abutting property for a Rt. 9 assemblage.

Natick 8-18-2012 - Lakeview Crossing, Rt. 135, a new 27,000 s.f. retail & office brick plaza, located on Rt. 135 near Speen Street will be the new location for Koko Fitness. 2 other leases are currently under negotiation for a well known hair salon and a tanning salon. 3 other retail store are available and a bank drive through end unit is also available. Framingham - 7-21-2012 - Trish O'Neil exclusively represented the Lessee Project Technologies Group, Inc. in the relocation of their company to 463 Worcester Rd. Dean Blackey of R.W. Holmes represented the Lessor, The 463, LLC.

Framingham - 7-9-2012 - Chocolate Therapy will open its 2nd location at 50-60 Worcester Road - Rt. 9 at the plaza referred to as Legal Seafood Plaza. CT currently operates in Legacy Place, Dedham. Marlene Aron represented the Lessor and was the sole broker involved in this transaction.

Framingham - 6-29-2012 - 14 Cochituate Road, a 6,300 s.f. building, located on a 32,000 s.f. lot at the Rt. 30 & Rt. 9 intersection has been sold to an investor for $1.8M. The building is leased to Shields MRI Centers, who currently operates 28 Massachusetts MRI Centers. Marlene Aron was the sole broker, representing the Seller in their 4th successful transaction together.

Ashland - 6-15-2012 - Rising Media, Inc. will relocate to the Trademark Building at 100 Waverly Street, on Rt. 135. Marlene Aron of MWCRE & James Gordon of Gordon R.E. represented the Lessor. The building has only 2,500 s.f. of first class office space left for lease - Asking $11.25/s.f. + util.

Framingham - 6-18-2012 - Representing the Lessor Hallett Realty Associates, LLC, Trish O'Neil has leased 509 Worcester Rd. a freestanding building to Exposure Hair Salon.

Framingham - 6-12-2012 - Representing the Lessor for over 10 years, Marlene Aron has leased 7,200 s.f. at 41 Loring Drive to a national auto parts distribution company. The 7,200 s.f. industrial condominium has 18' height, 2 tailgate loading docks and is fully sprinklered.

Natick - 6/1/2012 - Representing the Lessor for over 15 years, Marlene Aron, has leased 68 Middlesex Ave., a 4,400 s.f. 2 story commercial building to a glass & mirror company.

Ashland - 6/1/2012 - Trish O'Neil representing the owner 9-19 Summer Street LLC, has negotiated an extension of the  lease with Universal Auto Repair for three years.

Framingham - 5/30/2012 - Marlene Aron, representing the Lessor, has negotiated the extension of SewFisticated Fabrics at 75 Concord Street, the site of the former Fabric Place business. The 1.95 acre site is still available for sale. Asking $1.95M for the 1.5 acre site, which is an anchor tenant site for downtown Framingham.

Ashland - 5/9/2012 Marlene Aron represent the Seller, Seigel Family LLC, has sold the former Tri-Valley Tennis Club property located at 120 Pond Street - Rt. 126. The property consisted of a 19,420 s.f. steel constructed building that had been built as a manufacturing facility and then had been turned into a tennis club about 20 years ago with 6 indoor courts. The 4 acre site has over 1,000 ft of frontage on Rt 126. The buyers, represented by Matteo Gallo of Gallo Real Estate, will turn the facility into a paintball recreational facility. The buyers have over 20 years experience in the business and are well-known operators within the industry. The selling price was $1,017,500.

Framingham - 4/28/2012 - Marlene Aron provided counseling services to the Lessor of a 3,600 s.f. medical condominium at Lincoln Medical Center. The Lessor was able to sign a 5 year extension with its tenant.

Framingham - 3/15/2012 - Trolley Square, 855 Worcester Road, will be the new location for a yogurt shop. The new store will be the 2nd location of a highly successful Worcester based operator. Look for an opening in May. Marlene Aron represented the Lessor.

Framingham - 2/15/2012 - A new dance-wellness center will be opening at 9 Pleasant St., in Framingham Center. The location is directly across from Framingham State University and is owned by Paulina Ramirez, who works with clients to develop individualized programs for wellness including: weight loss, smoking cessation, disease prevention, spiritual development, stress management, disease management, beauty & health. Framingham - 2-14-12 - A national retailer at Venture West Plaza, has just extended its tenancy. Marlene Aron represented the Lessor in the renewal negotiations.

SOUTHBORO – 1/17/2012  Padgett Business Services, Inc. has leased office space at 11 Main Street. Trish O'Neil represented the Lessee and Jim Gordon of Gordon Real Estate represented the Lessor Southborough Development Associates.  Trish would like to wish Padgett Business Services great success in their new location.

Westboro - 12-30-11 Eric Brosler represented a Lessee in a lease of 6 Bellows Road to The Children's Workshop, 6,125 s.f. single story building. Bret O'Brien represented the Lessor in this transaction.

Framingham - 12-14-11 - A State agency will occupy 11,000 s.f. at Kenwood Center. The 2 building complex is now 98% leased and available for sale at $6.85M. Call Marlene Aron for details.

Milford - 11-22-11 - 83 Cedar Street, an 8,100 single story building on Rt. 85 has been sold for $1,125,000. Marlene Aron represented the Seller and Paul Matt of Kellerher & Sadowsky represented the Buyer, Seven Hills Foundation, a non-profit organization who helps disabled adults. The site was chosen due to its location, pristine condition and parking.

Ashland- 12-2-11 - 100 Waverly Street, a modern brick office building on Rt. 135, will be the new site of a learning center. Trish O'Neil introduced the tenants to the property and Marlene Aron & James Gordon represented the Lessors. There is 5,400 s.f of office and 3,000 - 5,400 s.f. of warehouse with loading & drive-in access still available.

Ashland– 11/1/2011  Total Services Corp. has lease 2,200 s.f. at 9 Summer Street, Ashland, MA. Trish O'Neil was the sole broker in this transaction.

Natick – 10/20/2011  Experience Wellness Centers, a multi-location medical practice, will open their first Metrowest location at 14 W. Central Street in November. Marlene Aron, the sole broker and was able to listing the 1,400 s.f. medical space and lease it within 30 days. 

Marlboro - 9/20/2011 - 133 E. Main Street, a 4 story white brick office building located on the corner of Rt. 20 & E. Main Street, has just been sold by Marlene Aron, representing South Middlesex Housing Corp. & Atlantic Retail for $1.5M.   The site will be land leased to TD Bank by the Buyer.

Framingham - 9/10/2011 - A national medical tenant has just signed a 10 year lease at 110 Mt. Wayte Ave. Marlene represented the landlord in this transaction. The building is for sale - call for details

Framingham - 8/25/2011 - A 904 s.f. medical condominium at Lincoln Medical Center has been sold by James Gordon of Gordon Real Estate & Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial R.E. Marlene & James represented the Seller. The selling price was $107,000.

Framingham - 8/24/2011 - The 2nd floor suite at 25 Lincoln Street, has been leased to an accounting firm. The 25 Lincoln St. Victorian office building is available for sale and now has $2,125/m income. Marlene Aron & Trish O'Neil represent the owner.

Natick 8/18/2011 - Kumon Learning Center has extended its tenancy at 2 Wethersfield Plaza. Marlene Aron represented the Lessor. A contiguous 2,400 s.f. double glass storefront is available next door.

Framingham - 7/15/2011 - Empire Vision has exercised its option at its Rt. 9 - 255 Worcester Road location. The company operates 100's of eye care stores nationwide. Marlene Aron represented the Lessor, in the lease extension which was a modified option to reflect the current market. According to Marlene, " Options are being carefully reviewed and renegotiated. It is usually in the best interest of the Lessor to keep the tenant even if the option needs to me modified, due to conditions in today's market."

Holliston - 7/1/2011 - An 11,000 s.f. warehouse unit located at 330 Hopping Brook Rd. has been leased by Rypos, a company located close by for warehouse expansion space. John Eysenbach of R. W. Holmes represented the Lessee and Marlene Aron represented the Lessor.

Framingham - 6/29/2011 - James Gordon of Gordon R.E. and Marlene Aron have leased 816 Concord Street, a 3,200 s.f. freestanding building located on Rt. 126.

Framingham - 6/28/2011 - Marlene Aron, representing  the buyer, Ashland Properties LLC, has sold an 120,000 s.f. - 4 building granite & brick mill building complex on
8 acres for $840,000.  Marlene was the sole broker and represented the buyer, who will keep the property as investment property and work with Marlene to fill an 11,000 s.f. space with 30' height and drive-in or loading access. The Sellers, Gordon-Mindick Properties, had owned the complex for 34 years.

Holliston - 6/16/2011 - Eric Brosler was the sole broker in sale of 93 Bartzak Drive, a 12,500 sf industrial single story building, to Nordost Corp, a high performance cable co. The building offers first class office space, loading dock, drive in and 18' clear height. The selling price was $1,000,000.

Milford - 6/15/2011 - Eric Brosler has leased 4,000 sf at 53 Sumner Street to Alternatives Unlimited, an organization that offers residential and employment programs to adults with psychiatric or developmental disabilities.

Northboro - 6/15/2011 - Huong Ho and Kleu Ly - Weismann have leased 1,500 sf for five years at 299 West Main Street.  Their nail salon business is expected to open in August of 2011. Trish O'Neil was the sole broker on this transaction and has brought the retail occupancy to 100%.

Medway - 6/1/2011 - Tania Danushevsky represented the buyer in sale of a 4,500 sf residential house in Medway's newest luxury living development. This 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house features GeoThermal heat and was sold for $690,000.

Framingham - 6/1/2011 - Empire Vision, a national tenant with 100's of sites, has renewed it's ease at 255 Worcester Road, ( Rt 9.) Marlene Aron represented the Lessor in the renewal and will represent to Lessee in its 1,200 s.f. of space that has been built out for a medical lab.

Ashland - 5/31/2011 - Ledgemere Plaza at 300 Eliot Street, will have a new 1,265 s.f. convenience store with a beer & wine license. Marlene represented the Lessor, Ash Realty and Trish O'Neil represented Che Patel, who's family operates several other convenient store sites.

Natick  5/26/2011 - Representing the Lessors, Marlene Aron has leased 2,365 s.f. to a medical practice, bringing the new brick building to 100% occupancy. Marlene was the sole broker involved in the transaction.

Framingham  5/6/2011 - Trish O'Neil has leased 3,325 s.f. to All Right Mailing Inc. They will be relocating to 47 Mellen Street in August of 2011.  It was a pleasure working with Doug and Brad and we wish them great success in their new location.

Framingham 12/3/2010 - Representing the Seller, Trailside Realty Trust, Marlene has sold 34 Deloss Street, a well-maintained 4,300 s.f. office building that is now available for lease. The buyer, who had considered the building 6 months earlier, came back with an all cash offer that the Seller accepted. He will be looking for non-profit agencies to create a non-profit office center. The selling price was $231,000 without bank financing.

Framingham 10/8/2010 - 1001 Worcester Road, Rt. 9, a 6,623 s.f. 3 story office building with a 3 stop elevator and fully sprinklered has sold to an investor, who will occupy a portion of the second floor. Marlene Aron & Eric Brosler set up the short sale marketing program in a fast tracked 6 week timeframe. The effective selling price including the buyer's premium and other expenses was $663,250.

 

Framingham 10/7/2010 - " Play It Again Sports" will open at 271 Worcester Rd., and occupy 3,000 s.f. The 10,000 s.f. plaza has an adjoining 2,000 s.f. store available for $24/s.f + . Marlene Aron was the sole broker in the transaction

Ashland 5/21/2010 - Representing the Lessors, in her 4th successful transaction with Ouellette Realty Trust, Marlene has brought the Rt. 135 ~12 W. Union Street plaza to 100% occupancy. The New England Bead Company www.newenglandbeadcompany.com will be opening in early July. Allen J. Margulis, JD, MST of Total Counsel Law Group of Natick negotiated the lease on the Lessee's behalf. Attorney Andrew Rogers of Framingham represented the Lessor.

 

Holliston 5/1/2010 - Highlands Lawn and Landscape has leased 1,650 s.f. of space at 86 Washington St., Holliston. Eric Brosler represented the Lessor, Bristol Development LLC. in the transaction.

 

Holliston 5/1/2010 - " The Water Hazard Minigolf Course " has been leased for the season and is now open. This 4 acre site was professionally designed with waterfalls and the longest hole in New England. Manicured grounds, with bridges over ponds & a snack shack make this course one of the nicest around. Leisure Arts Workshop, LLC has leased the site for the season with the intention of purchasing the property at the end of the season, Marlene Aron represents the Lessor/Seller.

 

Southborough 5/1/2010 - Culinary Underground, a kitchen toll retailer and culinary school has leased 1,400 sf at 21 Turnpike Road, Southboro. Eric Brosler represented the Lessor.

Framingham 4/30/2010 - "Total Connections," a well-established call center business that services medical clients and others nationwide, has expanded and leased 48 Franklin Street, a freestanding office building in Downtown Framingham. Marlene Aron was the sole broker and represented the Lessor.

Framingham 4/23/2010 - Gordon R. E. and MWCRE co-broke the lease at 419 Worcester Road, a 4 tenanted strip center with frontage on Rt. 9 & Rt. 30. The new tenant is " Discount Cabinets." Marlene Aron represented the Lessor, who she has represented for over 20 years. The plaza is now 100% leased.

 

Northborough 4/22/2010 - 411 W. Main Street, a retail plaza located near the Shrewsbury line, welcomes a new Fitness Co. Marlene Aron represented the Lessors.

 

 

Framingham 4/13/2010 - Venture West Plaza, a Rt. 9 power center with many national tenants including Legal Seafood, will have an expanded dental practice. 2,145 s.f. has been leased by the current dental group for expansion. Marlene Aron did the original lease and represented the Lessor on the expansion.

 

Natick, MA - 4/1/2010 - Eric Brosler represented the Lessor in the leasing of 17,000 sf located at 213 West Central St. (Rt. 135) Natick, MA to Planet Fitness. Up to 6,000 s.f. is still available for lease. The bldg is located between 2 hospitals with prime street frontage.
